Neom Organics Launches Experiential & Multi-Sensory Experience
Neom Organics partnered with FormRoom to design their new Leeds store. FormRoom were delighted to be involved from the early stages, developing Neom’s in-store identity and customer experience. From initial moodboards and concepts, through to 3D rendering and technical drawings; FormRoom immersed itself into the brand and visual identity of Neom Organics.
Researching their strong values and essence, alongside customer perception enabled FormRoom to design an experiential and multi-sensory store for the Neom customer.
FormRoom designed the full interiors and furniture which consisted of contemporary and elegant materials contrasting with natural textures. The hub of the store is the Scent Discovery Bar, which was designed to invite and engage customers into the well-being experience, by enabling them to discover their main underlying wellbeing need – Sleep, Stress, Energy or Mood Boosting.
Finished in a white-washed ply with copper framework, this elegant focal point encourages interaction and increases dwell time.

The customer journey continues then to the categorised wall bays with an intentional yet natural flow. Each wall bay is clearly defined for the customer with the product USP and benefits outlined through educational and interactive elements.
This impactful aesthetic is carried throughout the environment from an elegant and modern till area to product stands and visual merchandising, lighting, flooring and wall finishes.
This beautiful Leeds store in the brand new Victoria Gate shopping centre reinforces the brand identity and enhances customer experience. An engaging, multi-sensory experience has been crafted for the Neom Organics customer.
